A. 岗位职责
1.客户拓展与维护:借助公司成熟的邮件平台,积极挖掘潜在的国外新客户,并参与广交会等国际展会,拓展业务人脉。全面负责新客户业务流程,协同业务总经理处理日常贸易事务,从市场调研、客户信息收集,到深入洞察需求,全力保障客户满意度。
2.订单管理与跟进:精准制作采购订单,严密跟进订单执行进度,落实收货确认及退款处理事宜,让每一个订单都清晰可控。
3.生产协同:与生产商保持紧密沟通,实时把控产品生产节奏,协调各方资源,确保订单按时、高质量交付。
4.文案支持:应业务员需求,撰写专业的产品英文描述,精准翻译产品说明书等文件,助力产品海外推广。
5.日常事务处理:高效完成各类外贸相关日常工作,保障业务运作顺畅无阻。
任职要求
1.专业素养:本科及以上学历,国际贸易、英语相关专业优先。需拥有 1 - 3 年外贸业务实操经验,或熟悉家具行业运作模式,深谙外贸业务流程,具备扎实的市场分析功底。
2.能力要求:英语读写流利,熟练操作办公软件,拥有优秀的沟通协调能力。能有条不紊地处理采购订单流程,具备基础财务知识与数据处理能力,对市场动态有敏锐的判断力。
3.职业品质:工作责任心强,抗压能力出众,秉持认真负责的态度,富有团队合作精神。
4. 有家具行业经验者优先。

Shenzhen Songda Glass Furniture Co., Ltd. specializes in the design, development, production, and sales of civilian furniture. Our products are mainly targeted at customers in Europe, America, and Japan. Currently, as we are expanding our clientele, we are looking for talented professionals with foreign trade expertise to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition and Maintenance: Utilize the company's email platform to search for new overseas customers actively. Participate in international trade fairs such as the Canton Fair to broaden business connections. Be fully responsible for the business processes of new customers, and assist the general manager of business in handling daily trade affairs, including conducting market research, collecting customer information, and understanding customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction.
2. Order Management and Follow-up: Accurately create purchase orders, closely monitor the progress of orders, and handle the confirmation of goods receipt and refund procedures to keep every order under strict control.
3.Production Coordination: Keep in close contact with manufacturers, keep track of the production progress of products in real-time, and coordinate various resources to ensure that orders are delivered on time and with high quality.
4. Copywriting Support: Write professional English descriptions for products and accurately translate product manuals and other documents as required by sales representatives to support the overseas promotion of products.
5. Daily Task Handling: Efficiently complete all kinds of daily tasks related to foreign trade business to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Qualifications
1. Educational Background and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, majors in international trade, English, or related fields are preferred. Candidates should have 1 - 3 years of working experience in foreign trade business or in the furniture industry, with a good understanding of the foreign trade business process and solid market analysis skills.
2. Skills: Fluent in English reading and writing, proficient in using office software, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills. Be able to handle the purchase order process systematically, have basic financial knowledge and data analysis capabilities, and be sensitive to market trends.
3. Professional Qualities: Have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to work under pressure, maintain a conscientious working attitude, and have a spirit of teamwork.
