注塑生产主管

负责注塑车间的生产管理以及设备工艺的维护和优化。

1. Production management of injection molding workshop in new plant, including production planning, personnel training, 5s, OEE, discipline, quality control (production part).

新厂注塑车间的生产管理，包括生产计划、人员培训、5s、OEE、纪律、质量管控。

2. Organizing injection molding process testing and validation, and preparing injection molding process parameters.

组织注塑工艺试验与验证，注塑工艺参数的编制。

3. Providing technical support on site and resolving process issues.

负责注塑生产现场的技术支持，解决工艺问题。

4. Responsible for planning, acceptance and improvement of injection molding equipment and tools.

负责注塑设备和工装模具的规划、验收和升级。

5. Keep safe production environment.

确保生产线安全工作环境。

6. Other duties assigned by production manager.

生产经理安排的其他事项。

Requirements:

1.Junior College’s degree or above with mechanical or science and engineering major.

大专及以上学历，机械等理工科专业。

2.Over 3 years’ experience adjusting, optimizing, and improvement of injection molding process parameters. Automotive parts industry is preferred.

3年以上注塑工艺参数的调整、优化及改善经验，汽车配件行业优先。

3. Proficiently operating injection molding machines such as Haitian, Demag， Engel and Arburg,

熟练操作注塑机，如海天、德马格、恩格尔、阿博格等。

4. Able to understand 2D / 3D drawings.

可以看懂2D/3D图纸。

5. Abilities of problem analysis and on-site solving practically.

具有问题分析以及现场动手解决问题的能力。

6. Basic English written and oral skills.

基础的英文书面和口语能力。
