ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a world leading manufacturer of containers for the pharmaceutical industry, with facilities in locations around the world. Our client has more than 1,000 employees in China and is now recruiting a Purchasing Engineer due to business needs, as described below.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 负责组织领导关键材料供应商的绩效管理；
Responsible for organizing and leading the performance management of key material suppliers;
- 定期输出和更新供应商绩效评估结果及相关供应商数据；
Regularly output and update the supplier performance evaluation results and related supplier data;
- 负责工厂部分Opex和Capex工程项目、非标自动化项目采购；
Responsible for some Opex and Capex engineering projects and the procurement for non-standard au-tomation project;
- 根据需要，负责开发寻找合格的供应商资源，模块化分解核定供应商报价的合理性；
Responsible for the development of qualified supplier resources, modular decomposition to verify the reasonability of supplier quotation;
- 对符合招标条件的采购项目，根据需要组织密标或者议标，成本分析后设定目标与供应商谈判，并负责合同中商务条款和风险的把控；
For procurement projects meeting the bidding conditions, organizing close bid or negotiation accord-ing to the needs, setting goals and negotiating with suppliers after cost analysis, and responsible for controlling the commercial terms and risk in contracts;
- 负责项目采购相关的全流程工作如采购审批申请、合同申请、付款申请等；
Responsible for the related project procurement, such as purchasing approval application, the con-tract and payment application, etc.;
- 完成上级领导交代的其他事宜.
Follow up the work assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS
- 具有五年以上采购相关岗位，两年以上间接材料（工程项目类）采购经验；
More than five year related working experience, including two years in purchasing indirect materials (Engineering project category);
- 大学本科，理工科专业优先；
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in material science and engineering is preferred;
- 熟练掌握工程项目类成本核算方法并具有实战经验；
Proficient in project costing methods and practical experience;
- 具有较强的协调沟通能力和系统性解决问题思维；
Strong coordination/communication skills and systematic problem solving thinking;
- 较好的时间管理、计划性强且以结果为导向；
Good time management, strong planning and result-oriented;
- 具备良好的英文听说读写能；
Good English skill in listening, reading, speaking and writing;
- 有非标自动化工程供应商资源优先；
Having the supplier resource for the non-standard automation is preferred;
- 熟悉ISO 15378 质量体系优先；
Familiar with ISO 15378 quality system is preferred;
- 有造价师资格证优先。
Certificate of cost engineer is preferred.
