项目经理

负责ADAS（前视摄像头，中央控制器，毫米波雷达）和智能驾驶客户项目管理。Responsibilities： - Develop and agree technical requirements with customer within project scope - Perform project management according to process - Plan the system development in accordance with customer project master schedule - Ensure delivery in time according to the project master schedule - Contribute to & update project risk management according to process - Monitor & control technical requirement management - Perform change, configuration management - Align project master schedule with plant representative - Monitor & control project process quality deviations - Risk management - Project resource and budget monitoring任职要求：- 本科及以上学历，计算机/软件/通信/电子/自动化等专业- 3年以上汽车行业Tier1项目管理经验（ADAS/主动安全相关经验）主导过完整的Pilot级别或者，High adaption项目开发 ，拥有一定的行业资源- 对整车开发APQP大多数文件的作用有自己的理解，能够熟练地利用APQP文件进行风险识别，资源拉动，客户引导，供应商管理- 优秀的团队合作和沟通技巧，积极主动，项目推进能力强- 较强的问题分析和解决能力
