Die casting Technical Director Suzhou

**Professional Experience*：

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in die casting design and operations within a multi-national company.

2. Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate engineering teams effectively.

3. Demonstrated familiarity with the latest die casting and machining technologies, including High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC), Thixomolding, and CNC machining.

4. Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with customer specifications.

5. Expertise in working with ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 quality management systems.

**Software Proficiency**:

- Advanced user of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Siemens NX.

- Experience with simulation tools like MAGMASOFT or FLOW-3D for casting analysis.

- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and technical information management software.

- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Languages**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee all technical aspects of die casting and machining projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

2. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in die casting and machining processes, integrating the latest technologies and best practices.

3. Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring skill development and high performance in delivering project objectives.

4. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, and quality departments, to ensure smooth project execution from the RFQ stage to delivery.

5. Provide technical leadership during customer meetings, offering pre-sales support and conducting technical reviews for potential and ongoing projects.

6. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize performance and ensure cost-effective project execution.

7. Drive innovation and technical improvements within the team, promoting Kaizen activities with a minimum value of 500,000 RMB annually.

8. Prepare investment proposals for new technologies, equipment, and software that enhance project execution and company competitiveness.

9. Maintain a robust reporting system, providing senior management with regular updates on project progress, risks, and potential customer concerns.
