维修主管/经理 Head of Maintenance

1. Maintenance team management, manpower requirements planning;

2. Managing and monitoring the area of responsibility: electrical and mechanical maintenance for the production plant(s), ancillaries (e.g. storage, workshop) as well as for buildings and premises(facility)

3. Responsible for the maintenance cost budget of plant/location; Complying with and controlling the maintenance budget including spare parts &external service

4. Assuring the availability of all productions facilities, the energy and resource supply (cooling water, compressed air etc.) considering expenses

5. Organization of the maintenance area as technical service center for the plant

6. Support to improve OEE of production plants; improvement of availability of supply and transport facilities/vehicles

7. Improvement of infrastructure at the location

8. Cooperation in the improvement of the plant process technology

9. Starting-up and optimizing machines and plants

10. Introduction of a maintenance system (e.g. TPM), including preventive maintenance systems

11. Coordinating work processes between external and internal staff

12. Management, qualification and support of maintenance staff

13. Regular active participation in the improvement measures being continuously implemented in the Company

14. Comply with the company's OSH policies, compliance policies, etc

15. Other tasks arranged by superior

任职要求Qualification：

1. Bachelor degree or above with mechanical, electrical and related education background.

2. Good at listen, spoken and read-write English. Normal communication in English.

3. With 7 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and repair, furnace maintenance experience in advance. At least 2 years work experience as Maintenance Manager or Deputy Maintenance Manager in a production plant.

4. Familiar with PLC for equipment debugging, be familiar with PLC programming.

Familiar with CAD/ Inventor or other 3D/2D drawing software.

5. Basic SAP knowledge, Confident handling of MS-Office

6. Knowledge of ISO50001 system
