QC/QA Manager/质量经理

Responsibility:

1、Lead QC department, responsible for products quality management and quality assessment ;

2、Monitor, analyze and improve quality situation in production process ;

3、Lead the quality issues corrective action plans and follow its implementation ;

4、Be responsible for customer audits, third party audits and internal system audits ;

5、To deal with customer complains, prepare correction reports and follow up the schedule of corrective actions ;

6、Be responsible for suppliers qualification and suppliers performance management ;

7、As a member of project development team, to work closely with the team to ensure the new products launched successfully ;

8、To communicate with suppliers and customer service regarding quality issues ;

9、Create department KPI and ensure to achieve the targets ;

10、Prepare annual department expense budget and control the cost accordingly.

Requirements:

1、Bachelor degree or above, with strong quality system concept，*** or ***;

2、Above 6 years experience for quality management system, know of printing and /or packaging and sundries products，have extensive printing and packaging expertise;

3、Above 3 years experience of quality team management;

4、Strong communications skills, and good leadership skills with change management and self-motivation

5、Fluent oral and written in English.

7、Familiar with European and American factory inspection systems, such as Target/Walmart/Disney and other brands' social responsibility system factory inspection experience; familiar with printing and packaging related quality system certification (such as FSC/BSCI/HIGG/SMETA/SLCP/ISO12647/G7/PSA/PSO and other certifications)

职责：

1、领导质检部门，负责产品质量管理；

2、监控、分析和改进生产过程中的质量状况；

3、领导质量问题纠正措施计划并跟踪实施；

4、负责客户审核、第三方审核和内部体系审核；

5、处理客户投诉，编制纠正报告，跟踪纠正措施的进度；

6、负责供应商资质和供应商绩效管理；

7、作为项目开发团队的一员，与团队紧密合作，确保新产品的顺利开发；

8、与供应商和客户服务部门就质量问题进行沟通；

9、制定部门关键绩效指标，确保实现目标；

10、编制部门年度费用预算，并进行成本控制。

要求：

1、本科以上学历，男女不限，有较强的质量体系观念；

2、6年以上质量管理体系工作经验，熟悉印刷和/或包装及杂项产品，具有丰富的印刷包装专业知识；

3、3年以上质量团队管理经验；

4、较强的沟通能力，良好的领导能力，具有变革管理和自我激励能力；

5、英语听说读写流利；

6、以客户为导向。

7、熟悉欧美验厂体系，例如Target/沃尔玛/迪士尼等品牌的社会责任体系验厂经验；熟悉印刷包装相关质量体系认证（如FSC/ BSCI/HIGG/SMETA/SLCP/ISO12647/G7/PSA/PSO等认证）。
