Working across a national client base, some of your key responsibilities will include: 在全国范围内工作，主要工作职责包括：

61Manage two to three medium or small projects, Or one big project in terms of project size like over 50K m2 and the contract value like 100m RMB.

管理两到三个中型或小型项目，或一个大项目，项目规模如5万平米以上，合同金额如1亿元人民币。

61Lead project team and manage project by following defined project process and system, ensuring successful project completion and handover within specified timeframe, stipulated budget and with high quality and HSE compliance;

带领项目团队，按照规定的项目流程和系统管理项目，确保在规定的时间内，在规定的预算内，在高质量和HSE合规的前提下，成功完成项目并移交。

61Carry out the small, medium to big size projects with assessing tendering, negotiating contract, assembling project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, controlling budget and schedule, monitoring site activities and achieving project deliverables;

执行小型、中型和大型项目，包括评估招标、谈判合同、组建项目团队、确定所需的适当资源、控制预算和进度、监督现场活动和实现项目交付。

61Serve as the key contact for communication and coordination efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, field start-up, manufacturing status, installation and maintenance, defect rectification, variation issues;

担任项目范围、规划、调度、现场启动、制造状态、安装和维护、缺陷纠正、变更问题等沟通协调工作的关键联系人;

61Support project manager and project team in terms of technical, contractual and commercial advice throughout the progress of the project; Train, guide and mentor project team members as required; Leads by example, demonstrating professionalism, concern for quality, fairness and honesty.

在整个项目进展过程中，在技术、合同和商业咨询方面为项目经理和项目组提供支持；根据需要对项目组成员进行培训、指导和辅导；以身作则，表现出专业精神、对质量关注、公平和诚实。

Task:任务：

61Bidding-prepare the technical document and participate the employer interview, coordinate with function department to get new project;

投标-准备技术文件并参加雇主面试，与职能部门协调获得新项目。

61Implementation-take full responsibility for the whole process of project implementation including design, tendering , application for government approval, kickoff preparation, construction, completion and guarantee period;

实施-全面负责项目的实施，包括设计、招标、政府审批、开工准备、施工、竣工、担保期等。

61Design-support the function department to produce the design brief, review the design proposal from DI and join the design review meeting;

设计-支持职能部门制作设计简报，审查设计院的设计方案并参加设计评审会议。

61Tendering-conduct the tendering including pre-qualification, document preparation, tendering issuance, on-site survey, opening, inquiry and answer, submission of assessment report to recommend the qualified contractor;

招标--包括资格预审、文件准备、招标发布、现场勘察、开盘、查询和答复、提交评估报告以推荐合格的承包商。

61Construction kickoff-arrange and monitor the preparation of temporary water, electricity, drainage, communication and road by contractor or employer;

施工启动--安排和监督承包商或雇主做好临时供水、供电、排水、通讯和道路的准备工作。

61Construction-Manage and monitor the site activity among employer, supervision and contractor, as well as the project construction to achieve the project target in terms of high quality, on-time delivery, within budget and HSE compliance. Manage the change of work scope and the variation valuation;

施工--管理和监督雇主、监理和承包商的现场活动，以及项目建设，以实现高质量，准时交付，在预算和HSE合规性方面的项目目标。管理工作范围的变更和变更评估。

61Completion inspection-coordinate the inspection and acceptance activity, identify and document the key lessons and achievements, conduct the document filing;

61Based on Colliers PjM’s project management process, coordinate and deploy company resource in a cost-effective way to fully deliver the scope of Colliers PjM service and to get the employer satisfaction, develop team member and PM himself through the project implementation;

61Coordinate the relationship among contractors, supervisors and ER;

协调承包商、监理和ER之间的关系。

61Draft all related project plan and project report, lead project meeting, review and release the document issued to all related party;

起草所有相关项目计划和项目报告，主持项目会议，审核并发布发给所有相关方的文件。

61Inform the financial department to release the payment advice based on the contract agreement, follow-up the real payment to company account;

通知财务部门根据合同约定发放付款通知书，跟进真实付款到公司账户。

Qualifications

61Degree of Civil Engineering, Construction management, M&E Engineering or Interior Design. 土木工程、建设管理、机电工程或室内设计专业学位

61Chartered in civil engineering, M&E Engineering, architecture or similar professional discipline preferred; 土木工程、机电工程、建筑学或相近专业学科的人员优先

61At least 10 years of relevant work in civil engineering, M&E engineering and construction management; 5 years in solid PM role; 从事土木工程、机电工程、施工管理等相关工作至少10年以上；5年以上扎实的PM角色

61Working knowledge of China HSE requirements, China construction code; 熟悉中国HSE要求、中国建筑规范

61Familiarity with government approvals process; 熟悉政府审批流程

61Competent in both written and spoken English; 能胜任口语和书面英语

61Understanding FIDIC conditions and project programme scheduling; 了解FIDIC条件和项目方案安排

61IT literate and Autocad 2000 experienced. 具备IT知识和Autocad 2000经验

61Mastery of Project Management Tool 掌握项目管理工具

61Track record of delivering Project Management results in multiple or large scale projects有在多个或大型项目中取得项目管理成果的记录

61Demonstrated experience in leading a multiple team有领导多个团队的经验

61Problem Solving and communication skills具备解决问题和沟通技巧
