Position Summary:
Supervise warehouse and logistics functions through in-house warehousing resource & 3rd party warehousing & logistics suppliers to ensure the good warehouse and transportation service for company.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervises 3rd party outsourcing warehousing service suppliers (1 in Shanghai, 1 in Hongkong) to ensure deliver the good warehousing service to our company.
Overlook the whole warehouse operations to meet company’s business need.
Supervises 3rd party outsourcing transportations suppliers to ensure deliver the good transportation service to our company.
Service KPIs and SOP, work instruction establishes and improvement.
Monthly performance review with outsourcing suppliers; work with them for action plan build up and follow up.
Suppliers site audit
Supervise 2 in-house warehouses - tubing warehouse and China Tech Center warehouse’s performance.
Familiar with the import and export procedures, especially the bonded processing manual and related regulations.
Plans the shipping and delivery schedule based on the requirements of customer service department.
Conducts inventory management, including cycle counting, shipment, reconciling variances.
Coordinate the requests related to the goods deliveries from customers.
Work with 3rd party and internal function for stock transaction handling in system.
