Sr. product application engineer

- Product recommendation for RFQ

- Professional product application solutions & documentations to customers

- Plan, conduct and Prepare Test Reports

- Support customer on-site application request

- Continuous improvement plan for Product application issues

- Manage product application training programs for internal and external customers

- Find new application/product opportunities in the market and propose to internal team for development

- Provide input to management to ensure proper strategic market direction and identify obstacles, competitive products and pricing to determine our market competitiveness

- Build, manage, and strengthen relationship with customers.

- Good PPT presentation to customers.

Product Management

- Participate in NPD process to launch new products.

- Responsible the products’ test to meet the product data sheet.

- Provide Documents (Data sheet, drawing, test report etc.) according to customer’s request

- Provide product/application training support to customer or end user.

- Manage and continuously improve product knowledge transfer to sales and other teams

- Manage product industry standard, automotive OEM standard and other standards related to product

- Know our products’ strength between competitors

Lab Management

- Support Lab equipment calibration and maintenance.

- Train test operator

2.DV/PV实验,完成材料性能测试/应用验证

3.电缆附件产品（电力项目）套件的建立和应用技术支持

4.应用验证/去客户现场技术支持/远程支持/协助质量部门评估客诉问题

5.与北美和德国团队紧密协作，定期开展技术交流及同步更新APAC全球项目的进展

6.客户端应用设备协调，配件库存整理及报价支持

7.参加展会，去Tier 1/OEM 技术交流，新产品推广，拜访

8.实验室管理,来自客户端的相关信息、表单整理

协助完成北美及欧洲样品的性能验证

9.熟悉热缩管产品
