Battery Cell/Module DRE

1. Cell-Module technical roadmap, technical trend, advanced technology follow up

2. Define specifications and requirements at cell-module level, lead and support RFQ and RCT

3. Pre-design of cell size, chemistry, performance and electrical mechanical structure, lead conception choice, contribute to battery pack design

4. Responsible for cell-module level safety and function safety related technical control

5. Supplier management from RFQ to final product and process acceptance: lead, coordinate and validate the cell-module design with supplier, pilot and evaluate simulation results and validation results, audit cell production, quality and process control

6. Responsible for cell-module part development, follow part development and quality control process

7. Cell-Module safety and function safety

8. Problem solving and failure mode analysis

9. Communicate with worldwide team

10. Other task assigned by manager

Qualifications:

Education: Master degree or above; Major in electrical-chemistry engineering or material engineering

Work Experience: - More than 5 years in battery cell design, performance, safety, validation and manufacturing related working experiences

Technical knowledge:

1. Familiar with cell design, validation and data analysis

2. Knowledge of cathode, anode, electrolyte, separator and other materials mechanism and performance in li-ion cell

3. Knowledge of cell design, production process and major control factors

4. Knowledge of cell aging mechanism

5. Knowledge of major cell failure mode and global safety countermeasures

6. Familiar with paper research, investigation and test validation

任职资格:

学历:硕士及以上学历;电气化学工程或材料工程专业

工作经验:5年以上电池芯设计、性能、安全、验证和制造相关工作经验

技术知识:

1. 熟悉电池设计，验证和数据分析

2. 了解锂离子电池的阴极、阳极、电解液、隔膜等材料的机理和性能

3. 了解电池设计，生产工艺和主要控制因素

4. 了解细胞老化机制

5. 了解主要电池故障模式和全局安全对策
