-质量管理系统/Quality Management System

-环境管理系统/Environmental Management System

- HPS（赫尔思曼生产系统）和整个结构（5S系统，看板系统，零缺陷策略）的CIP（持续改进程序）/HPS (HIRSCHMANN Production System) and CIP (Continuous Improvement System) for whole structure (5S System, Kanban System , Zero Defects- Strategy, etc).

61 协助部门其他同事解决质量相关问题，提升部门团队的问题解决能力。

Assist quality team to do problem solving, and strengthen the team capability of problem solving.

61 量产生产过程中风险点的识别及改善。

Risk recognization of series production and make the quality improvement projects(QIP).

61 在负责区域遵守工作安全，环境保护及消防安全条例，参加相关培训，学习相关安全概念/Has the responsibility to respect the work safety rules, environmental protection and fire prevention in the area of responsibility and participate in training and to acquire the concepts presented in the training of labor protection and fire safety, environmental protection

61 确保工作段的所有员工都了解客户的质量要求及期望，在整个工作流程中都遵循相关质量要求/Ensure that all members of the assigned segment are aware of customer requirements and expectations on quality so that they are applied in all fields.

61 监督和审核生产部门，以便查明不合格情况，并参与纠正措施/Supervises and audits the production department in order to identify nonconformities and take part in the final stage of corrective actions.

61 必要时支持生产部进行工艺分析（退货授权，报废，分选活动，返工），尽可能减少损失，向直线主管报告有问题的材料的月度变化/Offers support to the production department whenever necessary in analyzing processes whithout added value (Return Material Authorization, scrapping, sorting activities, rework) to minimize losses and presents the results for the monthly evolution of the materials with quality problems to the line leader.

61 收集各项质量数据（故障分析报告，测试数据，参数，测试设备性能以及活动记录）以满足客户的质量需求，符合公司内部相关规定/Collects all specific data for quality assurance (failure analysis and evolution, testing and parameter datas, testing equipment performance and recording activities) to comply with the customers’s quality requirements and with the internal procedures.

61 为操作工的工作提供相关的质量培训/Provides training for operators in the assigned production segment regarding quality problems so that each operator has been trained and know all that is necessary in order to work accordingly.

61 适用质量方法( 8D, 5Why, 5M, CIP) 分析问题产生原因以及补救措施，防止问题再次发生/Analyses the causes and implement corrective actions using quality methods ( 8D, 5Why, 5M, CIP) in order to use the lessons learned from similar processes to prevent from the problem’s reocurrence.

61 负责安装生产区域的测量工具，提供使用说明，阐述MSA研究，跟踪设备的校准状态，根据控制计划的要求对生产工艺进行监控/Responsible for installing the measurement equipment/devices from the production area, to issue the work instructions for their usage, to elaborate the MSA studies and to follow the calibration status of the equipment/ systems so that the production process can be monitored according to the requirements from the control plan.

61 负责质量趋势的监控， 准备月度报告（内部PPM，故障数量及进程，报废成本），并通知生产段报告结果，采取纠正措施和预防措施，以达到内部PPM和非质量成本目标；/Responsible for monitoring the quality trend by preparing the monthly reports (internal PPM, number and evolution of internal failures, scrapping costs) and to present them to the segment team in order to implement corrective and preventive actions for fulfilling the internal PPM and non-quality costs targets.

61 5年以上汽车行业工作经验（连接器/线束优先）/at least 5 years experience in automptive quality(preferably in connectors/harness)
