Purpose of position
The Service Engineer is a support to the Customer Service Manager to provide after-sales Service to the customers;
Reporting Line
The Service Engineer directly reports to the Customer Service Manager.
Missions and Responsibilities
负责板金冲剪、折弯、压力式折弯机及机器人折弯机、激光切割进口设备的售后技术服务
Responsible for punching & shearing centering, panel bender, press brake & Roboformer, laser service;
负责设备进行安装、调试、培训及现场支持
Responsible for machine assembling, testing, training and on site supporting;
对于客户设备的日常使用与维护给予现场指导或电话支持
Field service or phone support for customer relate to daily machine usage and maintenance;
及时向客户反馈客户提出问题的结果并定期回访
Feedback customer reported issue and customer visiting periodically;
配合售后服务销售经理完成服务销售
Coordinate with Service Sales manager to achieve sales target;
Behave politely and professionally with everybody and especially when in contact with customer. Respect his ideas and promote trust between him and Salvagnini.
Responsible for other duties which may be delegated from time to time by the Customer Service Manager or the National Service Manager for China.

Requirements
College degree above,major in manufacture/electronic/automatic or relate;
大专以上学历,机电、电气、工科专业毕业;
Well understanding of electrical and hydraulic circuit
理解熟悉电气及液压回路;
Having practical ability and hard working spirit, can adapt to long-term business trip;
具备一定的动手能力及吃苦耐劳精神,能适应长期出差及连续工作;
Good communication skill and social ability, team work and customer-centered with good sense of service ;
良好的沟通和人际交往能力,注重团队合作, 工作态度以客户为导向,较强的服务意识;
More than 2 years relate work experience will be perfered.
具有2年相关工作经历者优先考虑;
English lever CET-4 above will be preferred;
英语四级以上者优先考虑.
