质检员--两班倒

1.负责压铸，抛丸及研磨工序的产品进行(除尺寸测量外)过程巡检，并做好相关的检验报告。 （夜班同时负责对CNC的不良隔离和追溯）

In process check for parts in diecasting, shotblasting, vibration （not including dimension), make inspection record accordingly. ( PQC in night shift also cover non-conforming quarantine and tracking in CNC workshop)

2.负责对发现的不良及时上报，并做隔离和追溯。

Report non-conforming to leader on time, and quarantine and tracking accordingly.

3.负责因质量不合格的停机通知和异常反馈。

Release "Quality Stop Notice" and non-conforming feedback because of quality issue.

4.负责将每班发生的质量问题和处理结果于对班人员进行交接，保持信息的顺畅。

Hand over between shifts on quality non-conforming and disposition , to keep information passed smoothly.

5.及时将工单状态（合格品，待处理品，报废品）输入系统，并在待处理品和报废品的工单上粘贴黄色和红色标签。

Input the work order status ( OK, suspected, scrap) into system, and lable Yellow and Red lable on suspected and scrap parts accordingly.

6.主管安排的其他事情。

Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

资格要求

Qualification Required

1. 2年以上质量控制经验，机械类行业为佳

More than 2 years quality control experience, related mechanical industry is preferred

2. 参与品质监控和改善活动

Involve in quality monitor and improvement action

3. 会识图，使用基本测量工具

Understand drawing ，can use different kinds of baisc measurement tools

4. 基础品质知识，会使用解决问题的品质方法

Basic QC knowledge, and can use QC tools for problem solving。
