Job Summary:
职位摘要:
1. Establish good communication with the customer and confirm the needs of the customer;
与客户方建立良好的沟通,确认对方需求 ;
2. Check inventory based on customer needs;
根据客户需求核对库存量;
3. Create orders, check orders, place production and delivery schedules in the system;
在系统里建立订单,核对订单,下单生产以及发货计划安排;
4. Work with financial staff;
跟财务人员进行工作上的对接;
5. Assist with the follow-up to ensure that the goods in the order can be delivered in a timely and quality manner;
协助进行跟单,确保下单货品能及时并保质保量的出库;
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
其他由直接主管安排的事情。
Qualifications and Requirements:
任职资格:
1. Bachelor graduate or above;
本科及以上学历;
2. Have relevant work experience is preferred;
有过相关工作经验者优先考虑;
3. Have used system is preferred;
使用过系统者优先考虑;
4. Good writing and spoken communication skills, both English and Chinese;
良好的英语和中文读写能力;
5. Working actively, strong sense of responsibility, good team-work and organization ability.
工作积极,责任心强,有较好的团结协作与组织能力。
