Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end

planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase

requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer

service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory

parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through

purchase orders.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the EL commercial operation for smart power in

Shanghai. .

Job objectives:

1. Optimize Inventory & improve on time delivery

2. Streamline supply chain from order process to Delivery

Job Responsibilities:

1. Inventory management

1）Stock Profile management including ABC/XYZ/FMR, safety stock level and so on

2）Deal with aging stock

3）Prioritize factory production and delivery

4）Inventory ITO and OTD improvement

5）Stock out monitor at SKU Level

2. Supply management

1）Supply plan creation based on demand plan

2）Lead time monitor

3）Make proposal to balance gap between Demand and supply.

3. Reporting, data analysis and KPI Monitor

4. Support S&OP meeting with Sales, marketing, controlling, Supplier

5. Material master maintenance

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years working experience in logistics order

handling, planning & fulfillment, inventory management and demand management

Knowledge of MRP/SAP

Advanced knowledge of Excel/PPT/Visio

Strong communication, leadership and influence skill

Logical thinking, Familiar with data analysis skill and problem solve skill

Fluent English
