？Lead VS layered audit on quality, collect potential quality risk and lead to reduce and eliminate quality risk continuously.

？Work with ME to create and optimize PFEMA, CP for process and final inspection then training for operator and inspector.

？Join new product development team to provide quality requirement and monitor overall quality status to ensure the good quality performance when launched.

？Assesses quality performance (or cost-of-quality) using statistical and analytical methods.

？Implements various methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, reliability and accuracy of products, processes and production equipment.

？Performs internal audits of the quality system as related to documented procedures, work instructions, and the ISO International Standard.

？Ensures that project and/or process control documentation is compliant with requirements and/or contract.

？Responsible for quality information on VS TIB and initiate A3 report when necessary.

？Claim handle with the product to improve the customer experience.

？Assist on QMS related work such as internal audit, customer audit and third-part audit.

？Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
