Our 2-year program where graduates rotate and experience 3 diverse areas in IT. You’ll get exciting opportunities that partner you with a buddy, a coach, and an executive supervisor to help develop your skills in tech, business, and leadership and understand how each of these critical areas adds value to and impacts the organization.

1. Helps our company develop and provide innovative products and services aligned to our most critical business outcomes.

2. Can take on roles across 3 areas of IT.

3. Applies knowledge of technology and problem solving skills to enable healthcare solutions.'

Key Responsibilities.

4. May have responsibilities across any of the following areas: Automation, Cloud, Cyber security, Data and Analytics, Product Ownership (e.g., Agile, DevOps, etc.).

5. Works effectively in team environments.

6. Manages multiple priorities and works well under pressure.

7. Adapts quickly to new roles, teams, and situations'.
