外贸跟单主管(派驻墨西哥)(J10141)

1、Being responsible for overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation

2、Working alongside a 3PL and utilizing their WMS software to optimize warehouse and fulfillment operations

3、Tracking inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and/or deadstock

4、Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals

5、Preventing inventory shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards

6、Optimizing procurement of inventory by improving vendor relationships, performance, and lead times

7、Managing a dynamic team of production supervisors, full-time and part-time warehouse staff, and other direct reports

8、Maintaining positive and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PLs (if applicable)

9、Reporting weekly on multiple fulfillment and performance KPIs

10、Providing data-backed and actionable updates to senior management to improve order fulfillment SLAs

任职资格:

1、Proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills

2、Prior experience and familiarity with warehouse operations

3、Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.), inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems

4、Detail-oriented

5、Multitasking capabilities

6、Business-level communication skills (oral and written in English)

7、A strong customer-oriented focus

8、Bachelor’s degree or above
