Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise solution architecture and system integration.

2. Proven experience of large-scale integration projects across heterogeneous systems, especially in regulated industries such as insurance, banking, or financial services.

3. At least 3 years of technical leadership, managing or mentoring a team of 3–5 solution architects, developers, or integration engineers.

4. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing modern, cloud-native architectures with a strong emphasis on microservices, API-*** design, and observability.

5. Deep hands-on experience with API-*** design, RESTful/SOAP APIs, GraphQL, event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

6. Proficient in enterprise service bus (ESB) and integration platforms (iPaaS) such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, AWS AppFlow, Azure Logic Apps, or IBM Integration Bus.

7. Strong understanding of API lifecycle management, including versioning, security (OAuth2, JWT, API gateways), rate limiting, and documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger).

8. Extensive experience in designing, decomposing monoliths, and deploying loosely coupled, scalable microservices on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

9. Proficient in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS).

10. Knowledge of service mesh (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) and distributed tracing for observability.

11. Proven track record in implementing end-to-end application monitoring and performance management.

12. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, or ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

13. Skilled in setting up real-time alerting, log correlation, distributed tracing, and performance dashboards to ensure high system availability and rapid incident response.

14. Proficient in at least one modern language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go) for evaluating integration logic, writing automation scripts, and guiding development teams.

15. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken — able to lead technical discussions, write clear architectural documentation, and present complex designs to business and technical stakeholders.

Additional:

1. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and security best practices (Zero Trust, secure API gateways).
