PQE 制程质量工程师

1.Prepare and manage quality documents PQP, SIP, MSOP, and MTD at each stage.

各阶段品质文件PQP，SIP，MSOP，MTD撰写和管理

2.Prepare and confirm quality inspection tools, quality inspection/testing fixture or tooling DFM.

品质检具以及检测治具DFM设计的准备及确认

3.Prepare/follow up project quality issue including material/FG cosmetic, dimension, funcation and Reliability issues.

预计及跟进产品品质问题，包括产品外观，尺寸，功能和可靠性等问题。

4.Define product FPY/FY target, and drive FPY/FY to meet target before mass prodcution.

预估产品FPY/FY， 并在量产前推动FPY/FY达到目标。

5.Root cause investigation, analysis, action tracking and verification for quality issues

品质异常的原因调查.分析.措施跟踪和验证；

6.Transfer industry standards to internal standards.

将行业标准转化为内部标准；

7.Establishment of limit standards;

限度标准的建立；

8.Quality inspection training, guidance.

品质检验培训，指导；

9.Responsible for other work assigned by the leader.

负责领导交办的其他工作事项。

任职资格

Talent qualifications：

1.Junior college or above.

大专或以上学历。

2.8 years of working experineces in the same role. with the accessories of consumer electronic products (such as mobile phone case, tablet cover, laptop backpack) and other relevant industry working experience is preferred.

8年以上同岗位工作经验。有消费电子产品配件如手机套、平板套、电脑包等行业相关工作经验优先录取。

3.Famliar with SPC, MSA, PDCA and QC 7 tools. etc.

熟练使用质量管理相关工具及手法，如SPC、MSA、PDCA以及QC七大手法等
