质检主管

1. Visit the suppliers on-site and make sure each of them to meet the safety standard and reach the supplying qualification;

2. Provide all kinds of technical support to HQ including consummating the product technical specification;

3. Manage the suppliers and execute the product inspection including sample checking, production process control and finished goods inspection before shipment;

4. Communicate with every supplier about the quality feedback from HQ and get the quality compensation, follow up with the suppliers to make the quality improvement;

5. Negotiate with each supplier to issue and confirm the spare parts order according to HQ requirement and make sure the delivery on time.

职位描述：

1. 走访供应商并进行实地验厂，确保供应商符合各类生产安全标准和供货资质；

2. 为总部提供各类技术支持，包括完善产品具体技术规格书等；

3. 管理各供应商并做好产品检验，包括生产前样机确认，生产中过程控制以及生产完毕后产品检验；

4. 跟进总部的质量反馈及时与各供应商沟通解决产品的质量索赔，不断推进产品的改进；

5. 根据总部的要求，与各供应商沟通，确保备件订单的下达以及按期出货。

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above in mechanical engineering ;

2. At least 2 years QC working experience in electromechanical field, especially in commercial kitchen equipment; Knowledge with AQL inspection standard. Be familiar with all inspection tools;

3. Able to read and write English emails and reports;

4. Can use all kinds of Microsoft office tool and work out the quality checking report;

5. Own strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, and good negotiating skills;

6. Good health, can make frequent travel domestic and abroad according to job need.

任职要求：

1. 学历：专科以上学历，机械或者相关专业；

2. 工作经验：2年以上机电产品质检工作经验，商用厨房设备类优先考虑；熟悉工厂内部质量管理，AQL质量标准，会用各种检测工具；

3. 英语水平：可看懂并书写英语邮件以及验货报告；

4. 电脑水平：熟练操作各种办公软件，会做各类质检报告；

5. 能力素质：有责任心，良好的沟通谈判能力，注重团结协作；

6. 其他要求：身体健康、为人正直。
