职位描述
Main task:
61 Design, develop and implement process for new projects/products (including Flow chart, PFMEA, WI) and sustain for process in whole product line cycle;
61 Develop, evaluate new technology/equipment;
61 Develop, design tooling/gauges for new projects/products;
61 Continual improvement for existing production line, and cost improvement;
61 Create machine specification, and handle the new equipment development;
61 Be a core team member in project implementation;
61 Lead PFMEA & validation list and responsible for process running for PPAP approval;
61 Process cost calculation of new products incl. lead time, process technique, process cost, cycle time study;
61 Continual improvement of cycle time (efficiency improvement)
61 Preliminary analysis for all production quality issue and lead the team to find root cause
61 Perform Engineering Changes
61 Control documentation and releasing for operations;
61 Overall knowledge of automation control technique
61 International communication with global Process-Engineering and Test-Engineering Team in Germany)
Experience and qualifications required:
61 Bachelor’s degree in engineering science - mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering mechanics or related disciplines;
61 More than 5 year’s experience as Industrial Engineer in Automotive Industry;
61 Familiarity with health and safety regulations;
61 Familiar with TS16949, APQP, lean-manufacturing;
61 Familiar with process improvement tools such as SPC, LPA, FMEA, CPK and MSA and quality system
61 Working knowledge of process engineering software packages, CAD or AutoCAD skills in an advantage;
61 Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
61 Working experiences with multi international companies, ability to work with difference levels & international team member;
61 Good English both in reading and speaking
