61 Deliver technical accounting, SEC reporting and regulatory matters advice across a range of clients;

61 Provide auditing expertise to assurance teams to enhance efficiency and improve audit quality;

61 Manage portfolio of assurance projects, taking responsibility for delivery on complex deadline-driven engagements;

61 Build strong relationships with clients and external parties to help companies execute their cross-border transactions.

Requirements：

61 Strong US GAAP/ SEC reporting/ PCAOB audit knowledge and experience;

61 US IPO experience preferred;

61 Business level Chinese language skill (reading, writing and speaking);

61 Has no record of administrative penalties from regulators.
