销售助理

-订单处理：接收和处理客户订单，确保订单信息准确无误，跟踪订单状态，协调物流部门保证及时发货，并更新客户订单状态。

-协调内部资源：与物流、财务、技术团队协作，确保销售流程顺畅，解决跨部门问题。协助销售团队处理其他工作。

-销售活动支持：协助组织销售会议、展会和其他营销活动、准备相关材料，参与现场活动支持。

-文件归档：负责销售部门相关文件的归类、整理和管理。

-Customer Communication and Support: Assist commercial team in customer visit and phone answering inquiries if needed; when team member is absent, promptly reply customer information and handle situations appropriately.

-Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring order information is accurate, track order status, coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery, and update order status within commercial team or to customers.

-Internal Resource Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, finance and technical team to ensure smooth sales processes and resolve interdepartmental issues. Assist commercial team in other works.

-Sales Activity Support: Assist in organizing commercial meetings, exhibitions, and other marketing events, prepare relevant documents or materials, and provide on-site support during events.

-Document Management: Categorize, organize, and manage files related to the commercial team.

职位要求：

-年龄22-35岁

-大专或本科及以上学历，专业上偏好市场营销、外销员或英语专业。

-相关领域的工作经验，尤其是销售、客户服务或进出口领域的经验。

-熟悉计算机操作，能够使用办公软件和办公自动化工具（如CRM系统），有Power BI和Pathon经验更佳。

-语言表达流畅，表达思路清晰，亲和力好，有团队合作精神，乐于学习新知识

-做事认真、细致、灵活，有敬业精神和责任感，能够适应快速变化的环境和工作需求

-英语流利、可适应出差

-College or bachelor degree preferred in Marketing, Import/Export Commercial related English major.

-Experience in relevant works, particularly in sales, customer service, or import and export operations.

-Familiar with computer operation, capable of using office software and office automation tools (such as CRM systems), have experience on Power BI and Pathon is a plus.

-Smooth and clear communication skills, good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and willingness to learn new knowledge.

-Detail-oriented, diligent, being flexible, professional spirit and sense of responsibility, adaptable to rapidly changing environments and work demands.

-Fluent English and available for travel if it’s required.
