61 Ensuring continuous high quality standards in the Module Assembly area, Introducing, implementing and monitoring appropriate actions required to correct and prevent defects and weak points in the production processes

61 Assure the Quality of products and processes in plant.

Principle activities

61 Dealing with complaints from internal and external customers, ensure problem analysis within the scope of the quality control loop, ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions

61 Assure guidelines, processes and systems in the Module Assembly area of DAW according to internal and external requirements, including but not limited to product-, function-, and process releases and the creation of the necessary documentation

61 Implement quality continue improvement activities

61 Maintaining efficient co-operation in partnership with all departments (e.g. logistics , Quality, etc.), and other plants in quality-oriented organization

61 Assure quality testing on parts based on test plans, technical drawings, and work instructions (e.g. with regard to function, completeness, etc.), compare target/actual deviations as necessary. Record deviations and take corrective actions where required to ensure the effective inspection and timely supply rate of materials to the production

61 Participate in project work in early stages to prepare and cooperate in an effective handover of processes and products to the plant. Create suggestions for inspection-friendly part design during development stages

61 Arrange and adjust the work of Supervisors and Inspectors

61 Create and update test/inspection instructions, including documentation of complete inspection process

61 Specify inspection methods (e.g. inspection severity, measurement methods, measurement equipment, etc.)

61 Introduce measures in case of quality problems

61 Coordinate complex tests/inspections

61 Develop and plan complex tests to analyze defects

61 Train and support associates with test processes

61 Compile quality statistics for the own area

61 Prepare and evaluate information on the current status of quality-relevant production data

61 Participating in the quality cost accounting and control the cost in the own area, especially including all costs of non conformities and their allocation to either external or internal causes

61 Ensure that existing processes are supported by program files corresponding to the latest state

61 Assure completion of weekly/ monthly performance reviews

61 Definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions in case of deviations

61 Share Lesson learn and experiences analysis within group; from sister plant and suppliers

61 Providing rationalization proposals to the head of quality

61 Implement other tasks requested from supervisor

Job requirements

61 Bachelor degree or above

61 3 years of experience in the QS-field or car auto parts work experience

61 Attitude of reliability, responsibility, and team spirit

61 Ability to work independently

61 Ability to deal with complex issues

61 Communication skills

61 English skills

61 Familiarity with Quality tools knowledge (PPAP FEMA SPC MSA APQP 8D)

61 Good PFMEA knowledge and relative software, IQ-FMEA; knows how to update the PFMEA and how to give the production process the quality alert according to PFMEA.

61 Familiarity with VDA and IATF16949

61 Familiarity with quality documentation and data analysis
