Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and build international after-sales service team, continuously improve the team competency.
- Evaluate, plan and deploy service personnel to meet the service needs of international detonator manufacturers and blasting operation customers.
- Manage customer complaints and claims.
- Develop and manage departmental policies and procedures
- Prepare department budget, control and optimize department spending.
- Ensure the safety and health of the working environment of the department staff and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
- Visit customers regularly, collect customer satisfaction feedback, develop and complete customer satisfaction improvement plan.
Secondary Duties:
- Provide pre-sales technical support in the introduction stage of new customer development.
Job Skill Requirements:
- Strong team management skill including remote location globally.
- Excellent communication skills and coordination skills to align internal teams (R&D, KAM) and external clients.
- Result-oriented, able to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in process optimization and data analysis (e.g., Excel, CRM tools).
- Good IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, OA, ERP systems).
- Willingness to travel up to 75% to client sites worldwide.
- Good at learning, curious about new technology and new working methods.
- Fluency in English both oral and written.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electrical, electronic, automation background.
- More than 10 years of industrial customer project management, after-sales service, engineering design related experience.
- At least 3 years team management experience.
- Experience in multinational corporations or cross-cultural enterprise.
Optional but bonus points:
- MBA degree.
- PMP certification.
