项目采购工程师

- Support the sourcing activity to develop more potential suppliers for the projects;

- Responsible for quick quotation, cost comparison ，cost analysis of new projects

- Database creation according to purchasing record and Frame Agreement;

- Keep the project going on with timely delivery and good quality requirements;

- Attend the Kick-Off Meeting of Projects and have a good purchasing control for projects;

- Attend the Project Review Meeting and support to solve the open issues;

- Support the Proposal in supplier selection & cost & delivery side at the bidding stage.

-Coordinate the resolution of quality issues from suppliers with team members;

- Take the complete purchasing responsibility for the related project;

- Material tracking support after PO is released.

- Other tasks from management teams;

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical Automation/Engineering or related;

- Minimum of 4-year experience in Purchasing/Engineering/or Project Management in automotive industry or above;

- Good verbal and written English is a must;

- Have a good knowledge of TS16949;

- Strong inter-personal skills with ability to work through all levels of organization, internal and external;

- ERP experience is a plus;

- Higher work efficiency under pressure to support the projects;

- Good team work spirit;

- Good communication and much stronger negotiation skill & strategy are required
