he role of Principle Consultant is to directly contribute to the profitability of Wyser by successfully delivering placements, winning new business and demonstrate industry/ sector expertise
My Key Responsibilities are:
87 Successfully deliver placements to achieve an individual financial target in a given quarterly period
87 Complete BD activity to generate sufficient orders to achieve the individual financial target
87 Represent the company brand with the utmost integrity and professionalism – demonstrating speed of response, quality delivery and industry expertise, including attendance at networking events
87 Provide supervision and coaching to team members as required in order to achieve individual and team targets
87 Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data
Success in the job looks like:
87 Achievement of the individual financial target
87 New clients visits secured and Orders Won (Existing Clients “farmed” for new Orders)
87 Acknowledgement from peers and managers to be a supportive team player
87 Acknowledgement from clients and candidates for excellent service provision
Most Important KPI’s to success achievement:
87 Client Visits arranged per week
87 Candidate Interviews made per week
87 Candidate Reports sent to Clients (float or shortlist) per week
87 Client-Candidate Interviews achieved per week
General Minimum Requirements Technical/ Professional Skills
87 Bachelor Degree
87 6-8+ years in Recruitment Industry
87 Professional Deportment
87 Excellent English standard
Technical/ Professional Skills
87 Cold Calling + Target List creation
87 Interview Skills (Senior level)
87 Report Writing
87 Client/ Candidate Management
87 BD: Selling, Presentation and Negotiation Skills
