JOB STATEMENT
Responsible for field services delivery during pre-sales, middle-sale and post-sales, including but not limited, technical communication, installation and commissioning, inspection and maintenance, site troubleshooting and repair, and also remote services to customers.
Deliver the professional field services in a cost-effective manner and in line with service standard and process, to meet customer satisfaction.
Support sales to drive the business growth.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in addition job statement)
1. Comply with EHS policy and make sure the services are delivered in line with company policy and guideline.
2. Responsible new equipment installation and commissioning service. Coordinate with project team and capital sales, and closely work with customer to make sure the site service is delivered in a cost-effective manner.
3. Provide technical communication, product operation and maintenance training to customer.
4. Quickly response to the customers on equipment troubleshooting and site repair, fix the issue and recover the operation, escalate to the supervisor/manager in a timely manner if not solved.
5. Identify the service opportunity, work out the value-added technical proposal of product maintenance, performance/application optimization, and submit the supervisor/Manager.
6. Feedback the product quality quickly, make the analysis and proposal, coordinate with related teams to address the site issues for customer satisfaction.
7. Identify business opportunities, prompt the service solution to customer by closely working with sales team.
8. Work closely with sales team to provide full support to customers and drive the business growth.
9. Submit all the required reports to the management by deadline.
10. Other duties assigned.
