职位描述
This position will be responsible for overall success of project execution within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas with domestic and international partners and independently manage project categorized fulfill PM guidelines, be responsible for scope/cost/time manage, risk management, contract management, quality management and etc.
Responsibilities:
- Contract analysis and management to fulfil the contract
- Project planning, organize and lead the project execution team with support from function
managers
- Management of engineering, installation/commissioning and acceptance, TM (Technical
Manager) and Process engineer will be the technical controller in their own areas
Project procurement management and supplier supervision
- Project time, cost, scope management, and risk, claim managment
- On Primetals's behalf toward customers and other interfacing partners to keep good
customer relationship
- Complete other tasks from superior arrangement
Requires:
- Metal industry background and EA engineering background is prefered
- Proejct management skills including PM tools
- Communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Financial, commercial, logistic, Contract and legal knowledge
