NPI工程师

1) Triger project kick off in factory.

2) Trial run preparation, follow up readiness of material, line, HC, jig, documents in line with plan

3) Trial run arrangement and coordinate cross function team members on site trouble shooting

4) Hold the trial run review meeting with PDCA carrying out, deliver meeting memo to stakeholders.

5) Customer sample delivery preparation and arrangement in plant.

6) Act as the connection between *** team and Production team for new project introduction. Sync up the information between *** and Production.

7) Trigger the gate review of *** project as deliverable for DR/CR/MPR milestone.

8) Ramp up readiness review and track on manpower, material, facility, jig, documents with CFT members.

9) Lead cross function team members on ramp up following up with trouble shooting and efficiency & yield rate improving in line with BC target, control ramp up cost.

10) DFA/DFM support with issues feedback to R&D through trial run review

11) Risk management through risk distinguishing, escalation and shooting by cross function team

12) VEVA/Copy Tool support on preparing material, organizing sample build, communicating on site, and submitting TR report.

Qualification:

1) Academic/Professional Qualification: College /University graduate from engineering major.

2) Working Experience: more than 6 years new product introduce related experiences, with PE work background preferred.

3) Expertise/Skills: Have skilled knowledge in new product introduce and good practice in trouble shooting; Be able to work with standard office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

4) Language skills: Excellent English reading, writing, speaking and good ability to present.

5) Personal Attributes: Good communication and cooperation, pro-active, brave difficulties under pressure and good team work.
