4） 培训操作员采用适当的流程、工作说明和工具。

5）以受控方式 确保更新所有制造说明。

6） 负责电缆工业工程相关参数的设置。

7） 解决材料、设备和工艺变化造成的所有工艺和质量挑战。

8） 协助质量和生产团队分析和解决任何产品质量问题。必要时做出MRB决定。

9） 跟进所有与原始电缆或组装相关的项目。记录加工参数和测试结果。按照ISO-9001体系程序记录项目实施步骤。

任职要求：

1） 大专以上学历；

2） 至少3年电缆行业工作经验；

3） 良好的沟通技巧、团队合作和领导能力；

4） 英语读写能力；

5） 精通CAD和其他绘图软件。

RESPONSIBILITIES

1)Being responsible for process related controls for raw cable production lines.

2)Preparing repeatable and reliable raw cable manufacturing steps so that operators can follow.

3)Drafting detailed working instructions.

4)Training operators to adopt appropriate processes, working instructions and tools.

5)Ensuring all of the manufacturing instructions are updated in a controlled manner.

6)Being responsible for set up of industrial engineering related parameters for raw cable.

7)Fixing all of process and quality challenges caused by material, equipment and process variations.

8)Assisting quality and production teams to analyze and resolve any product quality issues. Making MRB decisions when necessary.

9)Following up all of raw cable or assembly related projects. Documenting processing parameters and testing results. Recording project implementation steps according to procedures of ISO-9001 system.

Qualifications

1) College degree or above;

2) At least with 3 years working experience in cable industry;

3) Good communication skills, team work and leadership;

4) English reading and writing capabilities;

5) Proficient in CAD and other drawing software.
