organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor

hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency,

costs, and safety.

Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time,

equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production

targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase

sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and

equipment investment budget.

You will be mainly accountable for:

1、Responsible for manufacturability pre-study at the early stage to assess the

production concept, the assembly process, quality issues, HSE issues, and take

improvement actions.

2、 Lead prototype making, record the assembly issues at prototype process/

mass production process, and track the issues solve status.

3、 Collaborate with R&D to optimize product design, with the details analysis

of DFA (design for assembly) to improve the manufacturability, lower cost and

improve quality.

4、 To define the mass production assembly flow, with considering the

production line T/T, line balance and quality gate requirement, by analyze the

trail assembly process.

5、 To define the PFMEA and quality control plan for mass production.

6、 To draft the SOP based on the prototype manufacturing record.

7、 Provide timely technical support to production, collaborate with IE team

to resolve production process issues.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical related.

More than 3 years working experience in industrial engineering, production

engineering, or production.

Good command of power system knowledge and MV switchgear technology on

manufacture process and standards.

Knowledge of industrial engineering (lean production)

Be familiar with FMEA, DFM/ DFA, etc.

Be familiar with MS word, Excel, AutoCAD, Solidworks etc.

Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.

Good communication skill.

Highly responsible, self-motivated and Willing to take on additional tasks.

A very strong learning ability and pragmatic spirit.

Has a positive progressive attitude under pressure to work.
