Sr Merchandiser 外贸业务跟单 （薪资面议）

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Understand the US product manager requirements and pass the accurate the information to local factories in order to make sure the new program runs smoothly without any issue. Find the suitable factory to manufacture the high quality products with competent capacity. Control and decrease all transaction with factories at the lowest cost of ownership, including the sample fee, component cost, PKG cost, MCPL and mold fee. Foster the strategy business relationship between HGU and key factories.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

New Program Development

1. Work with US Marketing team on sample development

2. Obtain the quotations and negotiate price with vendors

3. Challenge MOQs and lead-times to assist US

4. Validate order detail (i.e. price, MOQ, dates)

5. Solving the sudden troubles/problems during the order follow-up process

6. Work with QA, QC and compliance team with quality control process

7. Raise potential issues and delays early to seek solutions

8. Improve the ‘on-time’ delivery performance

PO and Apprise System management

1. Key in the quotation data to Apprise system and maintain the data in system timely

2. Check PO and follow the PO issue process to make sure all the PO is correct finally

3. Get the SC and upload to server for record

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A. College degree in trading, English or other related disciplines

B. Minimum 5 years experiences or above in buying agent or trading office preferred

C. Familiar with hard goods, such us crafts/stationery/toys/promotion gifts etc.

D. Familiar with North American market retail store customers is a priority

E. Good command of Spoken & Written English.

F. Customer orientation, initiative, team player, good time management skill
