Regional Sales Manager - Beijing

61 Supervise and develop the sales force and sales activities to ensure the highest levels of services are maintained with all accounts.

61 Provides leadership to meet or exceed the company’s short-term and long-term objectives.

61 Control the sales promotion budget for sales department and maximize business return.

61 Explore new business development opportunities and coordinate Marketing and Supply Chain Dept. etc.

Requirements:

61 Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.

61 Minimum experience required: 8-10 years field sales experience. 5-6 years’ experience in sales management.

61 Excellent interpersonal skill required

61 Written and oral communication skills required

61 Strategic thinking and excellent execution required.

61 Demonstrate clear passion for the business

61 Strong leadership in the area of project management, creativity and J&J Standard of Leadership
