Responsibilities
61 Manages the reporting of financial information to internal and external parties on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Lead coordination and compilation of the monthly financial outlook and results tracking, including month & forecast variance analysis.
61 Demonstrate full understanding of financial statement including analysis and forecast of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow items. Develop and maintain financial models to support the monthly forecast, strategic plan and budget processes according to corporation and group guidelines and monitor department adherence to approved budget
61 Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P and GL, Standard Cost Accounting with ability to interpret variance driver, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
61 Support the relevant stakeholders on product mix, profitability and customer analysis as well as other initiatives to support business growth. Provision of insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
61 Ensure integrity, accuracy, and appropriate use of financial data and management reporting.
61 Coordinate and complete all financial, audit and tax related activities of the company and the recurring group consolidation package (IFRS).
61 Working as a business partner with Business leadership to deliver accurate and timely results, including relevant variance explanations to make improvement plans and workflows and recommend corrective action to improve operational efficiencies.
61 Determines staffing and skill requirements to meet departmental needs, and implements plans to satisfy those requirements, capable to lead, motivate and coach colleagues in the team and those in other departments to fulfill the set goals.
61 Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control.

Requirements
61 Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance and holding an accounting certification (CPA certificate as a plus)
61 At least eight years of experience in financial management and Accounting in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of five years in a leadership role.
61 Excellent analytical skills and solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
61 Familiarity with SAP and the local & international auditing standards.
61 Excellent oral and written English skills.
61 Hands-on leadership with sound cross-functional communication skills, along with strong planning and organizational capabilities.
61 Exceptional problem-solving skills, high analytical ability, and meticulous attention to detail are crucial.
