Sourcing Engineer—采购工程师（机构件）

1.Implement whole sourcing process based on project management, especially for supplier selection, supplier audit, price and payment term negotiation, as well as purchase agreement.

基于项目管理的方式，参与实施整个采购流程，尤其是供应商的选择、供应商审核、价格和付款条件的谈判以及采购协议的签订。

2.Manage RFQ process and maintain item supplier information and price in ERP system.

开展进行RFQ过程活动并在ERP系统中正确的维护零件供应商及价格信息。

3.Implement localization and cost reduction project proactively to achieve total cost reduction.

积极主动的推进国产化及成本节约项目，实现公司总体成本降低。

4.Support NPI project to achieve company goal on time.

支持公司层面的NPI新产品导入。

5.Support investigating quality issues with SQE and execute claim from supplier

协助SQE处理质量反馈与供应商有关的问题, 并协助劣质成本索赔事宜

6.Push ahead the suppliers’ continuous improvement.

推进所管理供应商的持续改进。

7.Support procurement supervisor to achieve dept. goal and dept. practice efficiency.

支持采购部门主管完成部门目标并逐步提高部门执行效力。

8.Support other team members to achieve the team’s common goal.

支持协助其它部门完成部门目标。

9.Execute other tasks that could reasonably be expected of you.

执行其它上级分配的任务。

Qualification &Specification

任职资格

1.Associate degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering related fields.

大专及以上学历，机械工程或机电类相关专业。

2.3 years’ mechanical sourcing and supplier management experience in similar position.

三年及以上机构类供应商开发管理类似工作经验。

3.Previous experience in WOFE / JV or in technical position prefferred.

之前有在外资独资/合资的公司工作过或有做过技术类工作者优先。

4.Previous experience in Sheet metal,CNC machining, Injection and mechatronics sourcing position prefferred.

有在制造类公司做钣金、机加、橡塑件及机电一体化零件采购经验优先。

5.Familiar with mechanical drawings, producing process and cost breakdown analysis.

熟悉机械图纸、制造工艺及成本核算分析。

6.Have good communication skills – simple oral & written English.

有较好的沟通能力-英语的口语和读写能力。

7.Proven skills in negotiation and communication.

有较强的谈判和沟通能力。

8.Proven skills in problem solving.

有较好的问题解决能力。

9.Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline.
