Project Manager

61 Lead and facilitate design collaboration, ensuring smooth transfer of SKOPE-designed products into SKOPE Qingdao and third-party manufacturing facilities.

61 Contribute as an integral member of the design team on product development projects for SKOPE’s strategic partners in China.

61 Deliver on-site engineering support to teams at partner facilities, resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with SKOPE standards.

61 Design and enhance mechanical systems for new and existing refrigeration products, focusing on performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.

61 Coordinate with SKOPE project teams to meet milestones and maintain alignment across all stakeholders.

61 Support the development and optimization of production tools and processes to achieve flexibility, efficiency, and quality objectives.

Requirements:

61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

61 7+ years project management experience

61 Bachelor degree, mechanical related major.

61 Must be competent with SolidWorks Software.

61 Detailed oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

61 Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with external/internal customers and stakeholders.
