职位描述
Main responsibilities:
- Connection with carrier and co-loader and closely monitor the operation process such as loading at warehouse, custom clearance, actual on-board date.
- Communicate with overseas and customer and make the most updated information.
- Prepare/check necessary documents used for the order.
- Input shipment data and cost into Pegasus system, and issue debit note and credit note. Ensure the accurate invoicing and on-time closing.
- Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth operations.
Requirement:
- College Degree or above
- Minimum 2 years of Seafreight OP experience in logistics or trading company
- Good English
- Possess good communication skills and influence skill
