职位描述
主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities
1.负责与客户之间的交流沟通,建立客户关系,开发新业务,完成销售目标;
2.了解客户需求及潜在需求,建立良好的长期合作关系。提高客户满意,促成客户二次开发,提高续单机率。
3.负责对管理区域的市场行情信息汇总,建立所负责区域有效的信息渠道。
4.负责对订单回款过程的监控和执行,确保客户按照合同条款按时支付货款。
5.解决客户关于销售和服务提出的投诉。
1. Be responsible for communication and interaction with clients, establish client relationships, develop new businesses, and achieve sales targets.
2. Understand customer needs and potential demands, and establish a good long-term cooperative relationship. Enhance customer satisfaction, facilitate secondary development by customers, and increase the rate of machine renewal.
3. Be responsible for summarizing market information in the managed area and establishing effective information channels for the area under one's responsibility.
4. Be responsible for monitoring and executing the order collection process to ensure that customers pay the payment on time in accordance with the contract terms.
5. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
任职资格Qualifications
1.大专及以上学历,具备信息收集能力。
2.有五年及以上服装行业拉链或者辅料销售工作经验,有较好的英语听、读、写能力者优先。
3.有良好的人际交往能力和语言表达能力。
4.有团队合作意识和较强的执行能力。
5.有敏锐的市场洞察力,对工作有责任心、细心,心态积极乐观,能够承受一定的工作压力。
1. College degree or above, with the ability to collect information.
2. Five years or more experience of sales in zippers or accessories in the clothing industry is required. Candidates with good English listening, reading and writing skills are preferred.
3. Possess good interpersonal communication skills and language expression abilities.
4. Have a sense of teamwork and strong execution ability.
5. Possess acute market insight, be responsible and meticulous in work, have a positive and optimistic attitude, and be able to withstand certain work pressure.
