厂务技术员 Facility Technician

1. Responsible for plant facility maintenance, including procedure establishing, and EHS requirement compliance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, routine monitoring, deviation solution and prevention, to ensure its compliance with EHS requirement.

负责厂房设施的维护保养，包括制定相关程序，和安全法规的符合，故障解决，预防性维护，日常监控，偏差解决和预防，确保其符合EHS的要求。

2. Responsible for assessment of company facilities about quality criteria & engineering criteria, and update the plant’ SOPs, to ensure local facility related SOPs compliant with relevant standards and regulation codes.

负责参与公司厂房设施相关的质量标准、工程标准的评估，以及工厂标准的维护更新，确保本工厂设施相关标准符合相关标准及管理规范。

3. Responsible for charged system budget plan, spare parts plan, qualification, and use lean maintenance methodology to improve facility equipment reliability, reduce malfunction, and establish excellent maintenance process.

负责所辖设施的预算编制，备件计划，系统验证，运用优良维护的方法，提高设施设备的可靠性，降低故障率，并建立良好的设施设备维护管理体系。

4. Responsible for assigned small project, including construction coordination, quality, and schedule control, ensue to compliance with regulation of local and corporation.

负责所辖设施范围内指定的小项目，包括施工协调，质量和进度控制，保证其符合国家及公司的要求并按计划完成。

5. Ensure that all contractors and service providers receive the training of safety production and execute these requirements effectively in their work.

保证承包商和供应商接受了安全生产方面的培训，并且在他们的工作中很好地执行了这些要求 。

6. Provide guide to team make sure the issues have been reviewed, and the first step actions have been taken looking for workable solutions; provide guide to other staff if necessary.

7. Identify cost and efficiency improvements across the site.

Qualifications:

1. Mechanical and electrical knowledge.

机电知识

2. Drawing understanding (CAD, Visio) and mechanical parts designing.

绘图技能， 以及基本的机械部件设计 能力

3. Junior College degree or above in mechanical-electrical engineering.

大专或机电一体化专业

4. Have 3 years’ experience in maintenance and repair area.

有3 年的维护经验

5. Familiar with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning), power supply, water treatment, steam, gas, plumbing etc.

熟悉 供热通风与空气调节系统，供电系统， 水处理系统， 蒸汽， 燃 气， 管道系统等

6. Familiarity with ISO14001 & ISO45001, and national electric code.
