生产主管

- Lead site MOC and PSM work

- Identify best practices, benchmark against them, and implement improvement strategies

- Prepare and maintain process specifications

- Find creative ways to reduce costs, justify and drive their implementation

- Apply and encourage use of Lean & 6-sigma principles to improve process capability

- Drive the disciplined use of problem solving tools to determine the root cause of problems and implement effective corrective and preventive solutions

- Promote communication between plants and regions to share process knowledge

New Process Design & Scale-Up

- Drive the transition of new developmental products from R&D/PT via. Issuing batch sheet and describe the process for DCS programing

- Use innovation to identify alternative approaches to manufacturing and evaluate economics of each

- Develop process flow sheets and engineering flow diagrams; specify equipment sizing, design, and specifications; and perform cost estimations and conduct economic analyses

Job Requirement

- 化工相关专业本科以上学历；

- 5年以上化工厂工作经验；3年以上生产工艺；有DCS, SAP操作经验优先考虑；

- 熟悉化工厂相关的安全程序和规定；

- 熟练操作化工设备和设施；熟悉化工仪表；

- 对相关化学品的性质、危险分类和防护有比较深的理解；

- 熟悉釜式生产工艺和相关操作；了解DCS 相关操作；

- 有独立工作和主动解决问题能力;

- 能够承受一定的工作压力，工作敬业，有团队领导力和组织能力;

- 能清楚的同其他相关部门沟通，并了解彼此的需求;

其他：

本职位是否涉及接触职业病危害或有不安全隐患的作业:

- 可能接触少量在工厂区域的工艺管道、设备、储槽中的固体或液体的化学品，化学品的残留和气味有腐蚀性或其他危害;

- 接触电器和电动工具，有触电的风险；登高作业，可能有坠落危险；
