Otto International is seeking for a passionate and independent Logistics Coordinator to join our Dongguan team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the full set of shipping documents and timely follow up shipment.
How will you make a difference?
61Guide supplier on document issuance
61Check all shipping documents from vendors to ensure all details are correct and complete
61Coordinate with related parties to fix any issue found during document verification
61Send document to related parties for customs clearance and payment processing
61Guide supplier on shipment arrangement
61Monitor shipment from booking to goods arrival
61Fix any issue that occurs during shipment arrangement
61Maintain shipment data in internal and external system
61Track payment status
61Support inbound and outbound parcel handling
61Internal report analysis and verification
Who are we looking for?
61Diploma/degree holder in Logistic or related discipline
61Experience in shipping or similar position
61Good communication skills
61Proficient in MS Office applications
61Good command of spoken and written English
61Independent problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
61Good analytical thinking and programming skills
