About the job:

The purpose of this role is to support quality management through out the complete supply chain process and product lifecycle of our equipment . The role aims to smoothen the claim process by ensuring that correct and necessary knowledge is captured in the receiving of claims, that the claim is distributed to the correct stakeholder and necessary actions are done in an acceptable timeframe. Support and govern the problem resolution process and assure02that both the remedial02actions are done right away, but also coordinating that the root cause is investigated and corrective actions are implemented.

Overall the jobs main mission/purpose is to strengthen the Problem Resolution Process for Claims across the value chain to improve reliability and exceed customer expectation
