连接器结构研发工程师

1、负责电信光纤产品和混合电缆组件(光纤和电源)产品。

2、与项目经理/客户紧密合作，获取并明确VOC，向客户提出工程评估/建议

3、领导项目按时/按质量/按预算完成项目，与项目管理办公室一起召开项目会议，通过每个环节的审核

4、为产品经理/客户/工厂提供技术支持，进行必要的工程分析。

5、设计电缆组件及相关产品。

6、领导初级工程师提出技术问题建议。

招聘要求：

1、本科及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业。

2、5年以上光纤、连接器、电缆组装工作经验优先。

3、会使用设计软件(CREO/Solidworks/AutoCAD)

4、该职位技术性强，要求能独立工作。

5、基本的制造工艺知识冲压，成型，电镀，电缆等

6、了解原材料(塑料/金属)特性和相关工业标准。

7、熟悉工具(FEMA,6signa)优先考虑。

8、良好的团队合作和沟通能力。

9、良好的英语能力(口语/阅读/写作)，英语能作为工作语言（硬性条件）。

Responsibility,

1. Responsible for Telecom fiber products and hybrid cable assembly(fiber & power) products.

2. Work closely with PM/customer to get and clear VOC, make engineering evaluation/proposal to customer.

3. Lead projects to completed projects on time/quality/budget, lead project meeting with PMO to review through every gates.

4. Technical support to PM/customer/plant, conduct necessary engineering analysis.

5. Design cable assembly and related products.

6. Lead Junior engineer for technical issue proposal.

Skills,

1. Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or related major.

2. Minimum 5 years work experience in Fiber optical, connector, cable assembly is preferred.

3. Capable of using Design Software(CREO/Solidworks/AutoCAD)

4. Position is highly technical, requires an individual can work independently.

5. Basic knowledge in manufacture process(Stamping, molding, plating, cable, etc.)

6. Knowledge in raw material(plastic/metal) properties and related industrial standard.

7. Familiar with tools(FEMA, 6sigma) will be a plus.

8. Good teamwork and communication skills.

9. Good English skills(Oral/Reading/Written)is required.
