职位描述
Responsibilities:
？ Design and analyze optical systems, including developing optical architectures, evaluating tolerances, manufacturability, light budgets and other trade-offs to meet customer needs for visible and IR optics.
？ Perform sequential and non-sequential simulations of optical systems.
？ Direct specification development for detailed drawings of optical components
？ Support Customer to analysis and solve any optical problem.
？ 职责:
？ 设计和分析光学系统，包括开发光学架构，评估公差，可制造性，光预算和其他权衡，以满足客户对可见和红外光学的需求
？ 执行光学系统的顺序和非顺序模拟。
？ 制定光学元件相关测试要求及测试方法。
？ 配合协助客户进行相关光学仿真，光学性能异常的分析及问题处理。
Requirements:
？ Bachelors or Masters in optical engineering, physics, or related field.
？ Have experience on maturing optical systems designs
？ Ability to model and script in ZEMAX
？ Experience in tolerance analysis, stray-light and scattering analysis
？ Experience with precision optical, micro-optic and/or fiber optic components is preferred
？ Hands-on laboratory skills in setting up, testing, validating, and troubleshooting optical, fiber optic and opto-mechanical subsystems
？ Knowledge of limitations and fabrication of optics (molded, polished, diamond turned) as well as micro structures
？ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
？ 要求:
