Job Description 职位描述

1. 数据赋能项目管理:

Lead end-to-end data enablement projects (e.g., IoT/ERP/MES integration, predictive analytics, AI-driven process optimization) to enhance manufacturing/supply chain efficiency.

主导端到端数据赋能项目（如IoT/ERP/MES系统集成、预测性分析、AI驱动的流程优化），提升制造/供应链效率。

2. AI与数据分析驱动决策:

Leverage AI/ML tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Power BI) to build data models, automate insights, and support real-time decision-making.

运用AI/ML工具（如Python、TensorFlow、Power BI）构建数据模型，自动化分析并为实时决策提供支持。

3. 跨部门协作与资源整合:

Coordinate with IT, Operations, and Data Science teams to align technical solutions with business goals (e.g., digital twin deployment, quality control automation).

协同IT、运营与数据科学团队，确保技术方案与业务目标一致（如数字孪生部署、质检自动化）。

4. 流程优化与变革管理:

Drive data-driven process transformation (e.g., inventory optimization, predictive maintenance) and measure ROI through KPIs.

推动数据驱动的流程变革（如库存优化、预测性维护），并通过KPI量化成效。

5. 风险管理与敏捷响应:

Identify risks in data pipelines (e.g., latency, accuracy) and implement mitigation strategies.

识别数据流程风险（如延迟、准确性）并制定应对方案。

Qualifications 任职要求

1. 教育背景:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

本科及以上学历，数据科学、计算机、工业工程等相关专业优先。

2. 经验要求:

3+ years in project management, with hands-on experience in data enablement/AI projects (e.g., ERP/MES implementation, supply chain analytics).

3年以上项目管理经验，有数据赋能/AI项目实操经验（如ERP/MES系统实施、供应链分析）。

3. 技术能力:

Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Python, Tableau) and understanding of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

熟练使用数据分析工具（SQL、Python、Tableau），了解AI/ML框架（如TensorFlow、PyTorch）。

4. 核心技能:

Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights.

优秀的分析能力，能将数据转化为可落地的策略。

Certification in PMP/Scrum or data-related fields (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.

持有PMP/Scrum或数据分析相关认证（如Google Analytics）者优先。
