Handle the relationship with Schweizer's suppliers and monitor their quality performance.

工作职责与权限Authority and Job Responsabilties

1、制定供应商选择、评估、培养和质量控制的流程与策略

Develop processes and strategies for supplier selection, evaluation, development and quality control

2、参与供应商拜访/审核及资格认证; 和供应商质量水平改进计划

Participate in supplier visit / audit and qualification; and supplier quality improvement plan

3、管理所有问题并执行供应商审核，包括识别、根本原因调查、纠正措施识别、实施和验证，提高供应商的质量保证水平。同时确保持续供应生产所需的零部件。

Manage all concerns and perform supplier audit go through with identification, root cause investigation, corrective action identification, implementation and verification, Enhance the supplier quality assurance level. whilst ensuring a continued supply of parts for production.

4、日常跟踪供应商业绩，处理IQC质量问题，并跟踪纠正措施的有效性

Daily follow up supplier performance, deal with IQC quality problems, and track the effectiveness of corrective actions

5、执行有效的MRB程序，确保可疑材料正确放置

Implement effective MRB procedures to ensure that suspect materials are placed correctly

6、组织供应商会议，供应商不合格品的退货和相关索赔

Organize supplier meeting, return of unqualified products and relevant claims

7、根据商定的目标对供应商进行监控，并在定期会议上制定改进计划，作为供应商发展计划的一部分。

Monitoring suppliers against agreed targets and developing improvement plans at regular meetings as part of the supplier development programmed. (Score Card...etc)

8、负责提供供应商供货质量业绩，并参与供应商业绩评估

Responsible for providing supplier's supply quality performance and participating in supplier performance evaluation

9、确保及时完成PPAP(生产零件批准过程)

Ensure timely PPAP(Production Part Approval Process)completion

10、反馈并推动供应商质量改进，跟踪供应商整改报告(纠正措施报告)的及时有效反馈，确保供应商RMA按时关闭

Feedback and promote the quality improvement of suppliers, and track the timely and effective feedback of supplier rectification report (corrective action report). Ensure supplier RMA is closed on time.

11、维护供应商质量管理体系并不断完善和优化

Maintain supplier quality management system and continuously improve and optimize

12、负责IQC部门的日常运作管理和工作安排

Responsible for daily operation management and work arrangement of IQC department

13、为IQC提供技术支持，如制定检验计划，具体材料相关知识培训。

Provide technical support to IQC, such as make inspection plan, specific material relevant knowledge training.

14、对IQC检验规范提出意见和优化方案，对实施检验所使用的设备，仪器，治工具进行优化，确保检验的正确实施

Put forward Suggestions and optimization plans for IQC inspection specifications, and optimize the equipment, instruments and tools used for inspection, so as to ensure the correct implementation of inspection.

15、每周Q报告和每月KPI(包含SQE和IQC)回顾(通过收集、分析和汇总数据准备报告;提出建议)

Weekly Q reporting and Monthly KPIs (SQE+IQC) review (Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations)

任职资格Qualifications

专业技能要求Professional Skills Required：

1、具有解决问题的能力，能够使用8D/5why分析工具解决问题

Problem solving skill, ability to use 8D/5why analysis tools to resolve the problem

2、具备IATF16949的工作知识，熟悉APQP、PPAP、PFMEA、MSA、控制计划、工艺流程、统计方法(SPC)、VDA6.3等。

Have working knowledge of IATF16949, Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, Control Plans, Process Flow, Statistical Methods (SPC) ,VDA6.3 etc.

3、对PCB工艺控制和质量控制有很好的理解, 至少在电子行业或材料行业工作经验

Have good understanding of PCB process control and quality control or At least working experience in electronics or materials industry .
