主要职责
61 根据公司年度目标制定并执行销售计划和策略,确保完成注塑业务目标,重点在于开发新客户、拓展新业务。
61 监控市场趋势、竞争对手动态及客户反馈,挖掘新机遇并优化销售策略。
61 分析市场趋势、竞争对手及客户需求,制定符合市场发展方向的市场拓展计划。
61 开发新客户,维护现有客户关系并提升市场份额,挖掘潜在客户需求并提供优质方案以满足客户要求。
61 识别并接触潜在客户,重点关注工业领域及相关企业。
61 利用现有资源网络加速市场渗透,推动初期业务收入增长。
61 定期拜访客户,了解需求并提供解决方案。
61 处理客户投诉,确保客户满意度。
61 与工程团队协作,按照客户质量要求开发产品。
61 为客户提供技术支持,协调技术团队解决客户问题/询价。
61 定期分析销售数据,评估业绩并调整销售计划。
61 向管理层提交销售报告,汇报市场动态及销售进展。
61 主导商务谈判并高效促成交易,工程团队将在方案准备及技术问题上提供支持。
61 参与合同谈判,确保条款符合公司利益。
61 跟进合同执行,确保按时交付及回款。
61 参加行业展会及研讨会,推广公司产品并拓展商机。
关键任职要求
61 本科及以上学历,电气工程、市场营销、工商管理或相关专业优先。
61 10年以上注塑服务或塑料机械领域扎实经验。
61 具备塑料机械销售及客户管理的丰富经验及良好业绩记录。
61 熟悉大工业客户及产品。
61 拥有优质客户资源网络,可快速推动初期业务开展。
61 熟悉注塑服务、塑料机械产品及市场动态,具备较强的市场分析能力。
61 出色的沟通、谈判及客户管理能力。
61 熟练使用办公软件(如Excel、PPT等)及相关系统。
61 英语流利,具备优秀的书面及口头表达能力。
61 具备战略与执行层面的规划管理能力。
61 有工业/工厂端客户或OEM直售经验。
61 具备工业/工厂端客户或OEM业务开发经验。
Key tasks and Responsibilities
61 Develop and execute sales plans, strategies according to the company's annual targets to ensure the completion of Injection molding business. Main focus is identifying and acquiring new business.
61 Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
61 Analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs, and develop market expansion plans under market trend,
61 Develop new customers, maintain existing customer relationships and increase market share, identify the potential customer demand and provide good offer to meet customer demand to satisfy customer requirements,
61 Identify and engage potential customers, focusing on industrial sectors and companies,
61 Leverage an established network to accelerate market penetration and drive revenue growth in the early stages.
61 Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide solutions,
61 Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction,
61 Cooperate with engineering team to develop product as customer quality request,
61 Provide technical support to customers and coordinate the technical team to solve customer problems/inquiry,
61 Analyze sales data regularly, evaluate performance and adjust sales plan,
61 Submit sales reports to management, report on market dynamics and sales progress,
61 Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
61 Lead negotiations, and close sales deals effectively. Engineering team will support on proposal preparations and technical matters.
61 Build up the contract negotiations to ensure that all terms are in line with the company's interests,
61 Follow up contract execution to ensure on-time delivery and payment,
61 Participate in industry exhibitions and seminars to promote the company's products and expand business opportunities.
Key qualifications
61 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical engineering, marketing, business administration or related field is preferred
61 10 years or above solid experience at Injection molding service, plastic mechanics
61 Experienced and good track record on plastic mechanics sales and account management.
61 Experience in industrial customers and products
61 Good contact network that would allow faster momentum in the beginning
61 Familiar with Injection molding service, plastic mechanics products and market dynamics, with strong market analysis ability,
61 Excellent communication, negotiation and customer management skills,
61 Skilled use of office software (such as Excel, PPT, etc.) and system,
61 Proficiency with English language both written and verbal communication.
61 Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level.
61 Direct selling experience to end accounts or OEM in the industrial / factory
61 Business Development experience to end accounts or OEM in the industrial / factory
